Charitable EFFORTS

If we have contacted you, it is because we believe we have discovered money that belongs to you or a relative.

We can assist you in recovering it.

We’ve all heard the saying, “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.”

Rest assured, this isn’t one of “those” things, and if you give us the chance, we’ll demonstrate to you that the funds we’ve identified are yours.

Call us and let us show you what our research has revealed. You won’t believe it until you see it for yourself. Charitable Efforts representatives audit government agencies across the country, combing through public records in search of private citizens’ lost, missing, and unclaimed funds.

Your opportunities.

Financial Justice through

Be cautious, because these funds are only held for a limited time before the agency in charge of them may be allowed to seize them through a process known as “escheatment.”

We believe that private citizens losing funds to faceless government agencies is completely unjust (a system rooted in feudal 16th century England), and we are determined to prevent this from happening to anyone, especially you.

Charitable Efforts is a small group of Tennessee-based abandoned money professionals. If you’ve received a call or letter from us, it’s because we discovered funds held by the government that are legally yours.

We are familiar with the “ins and outs” of all state government agencies. If a government agency has your money, we know how to get it back! Because the government may be able to keep your funds after a certain period has passed, it is always best to have professionals on your side.

Our Purpose

If you do not make a timely claim for your funds, they frequently “escheat” to the agency holding them, which means you can no longer claim them. It’s your money, and the government shouldn’t have the authority to take it away. Our mission is to ensure that this never happens again. We search government files and documents for unclaimed funds and make it our mission to reunite them with their rightful owner.

Our Goals

We’d love to see you get your hands on the funds we’ve found for you! What would you do if you received a large sum of money unexpectedly? In this economy, everyone could use some extra cash. Let’s make sure it doesn’t end up in the hands of the government!

The Examination

Charitable Efforts audits numerous government agencies across the country to locate funds owed to private individuals and businesses. If these funds go unclaimed for an extended period, they are usually forfeited to the government agency that holds them.

Documentation and Payment

We will schedule a time for you to sign several pages of paperwork to allow us to get started after you have spoken with one of our agents and verbally agreed to let us work your claim.

Our firm works on a contingency basis, so you will incur no out-of-pocket expenses. We are only paid if your claim is successfully collected. We cover ALL claim-related expenses until the claim is paid, and if the claim is denied, you owe us nothing.

We will send a local notary to collect our paperwork package from you and overnight it back to our office once we receive it. Claims are typically processed in three to four months, depending on the complexity of the case, and your share of the claim, typically 60-70% of the funds collected, is remitted to you within 30 days of receipt.

Where did you get this money?

We conduct regular audits of various government agencies for unclaimed funds due to citizens like yourself.

How did you come across me?

We usually find our clients through internet searches.

What is the value of my claim? Where will it be held?

We’ll be happy to tell you where the funds are once you’ve signed our contingency fee agreement!

Can’t I find the money on my own?

Typically, the governmental agencies we audit DO NOT post these unclaimed funds accounts online. You are free to search state unclaimed funds websites; however, any funds found there are not the funds we are informing you about.

Why should I use your firm?

Most of the assets we find aren’t searchable on the internet, and it’s unlikely that the agency holding them will notify you of their existence if you don’t use our services.
